Everything ,u can’t choose some and leave others.hotel is really exceptional.it exceeds the imagination for some people who don’t know the brand .but really I have to congratulate the management for the highly qualified staff,staff exceed the word amazing by far.you will feel at home .very warm atmosphere.they understand well what does hospitality mean.you will feel that you treat with one of your family.food was amazing .rooms are more than excellent,big ,and have nice view and hotel location is excellent Special thnx to sig, Silva rooms devising manger and her team . Gamal and hisham her assistants and their rest of receptionists ,also I can not forget Anna and abo,Abdullah el mansoury from concierge Also Sanaa Fromm pier Herme ,and housekeeping staff and for sure Mrs Mona your wonderful and well experienced director of sales and marketing . Believe it or not I didn’t want to leave I extended one day because I felt at home thank you .thank you all from my deep heart god bless u all .🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌹👏👏👍🙏🏻

The room is clean and appreciated the greeting done to my wife for her birthday. Pool staff are attentive and pool is amazing. Overall, our stay was exceptional and would highly recommend it. The level of service, comfort, and hospitality truly made it a memorable experience.

The location is exceptional: close to Saadiyat island, with a pleasant view. There is a lovely promenade that loops around the island (around 4km). The Galleria Mall is connected to the hotel. The service was beyond my expectations. From the butler to the concierge, every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful! We stayed only 2 nights but managed to build rapport with all of them. The Manor club was particularly impressive, the cocktail canapés and breakfast were particularly tasty and well presented.
